1.6.203 - Apple Fitness, Reminders, Discover section - 15/01/2023
Hi there!
This release is a major step forward for Balance! It includes many new features and improvements:
- We extended Apple Health integration to include workouts, if you record your workout sessions, for example through the Apple Watch, your activities will be imported.
- We integrated Apple Reminders: the reminders will be shown in your timeline and you'll be able to complete them directly from Balance.
- We added a new Discover section that will feature guides and blog posts that will help you get the most out of the app and learn about good practice to maintain consistency in your habits
- We fixed some bugs on the subtasks feature
- We also radically improved the overall performance of the app, so that navigation is faster and smoother
You can activate or tune your integrations from the side menu.

1.5.184 - Subtasks - Dec 12th, 2022
Hi there!
This version introduces activity subtasks! You can now add steps to your activity that you can mark as completed each time you engage in it.
You can set subtasks for an activity during creation or in its edit menu and then mark them as done tapping on the activity from the timeline.

This update is packed with new features that leverage new iOS 16 features and make it easier stay on track with your activities:
- The current activity is now shown also as Live Activity and in Dynamic Island on compatible devices
- We improved the activity notification adding more information and the possibility to open the app to quickly mark it as done
- The number of unfinished activities planned for today is shown as a badge on the app icon

1.5.170 - Apple Health - Nov 11th, 2022
Hi there!
This update introduces our integration with Apple Health! This is the first step we decided to take to make it easier for you to track the activities you already do using other tools. Along with the Calendar integration this integration helps reducing the duplication of information and makes the tracking of specific activities automatic.
In this release we integrated the sleep tracking, you'll automatically see the sleep time in your timeline and you'll be able to rate and add notes to understand your sleep patterns.
Please check the integration in the side menu.
We also improved the time picker: picking the right duration for your activities is now straightforward and fast.
Finally we fixed some bugs and unexpected behaviours, such us the fix to the lock screen widget, that now correctly displays the activities around the current time.
