The items you added to the list are visible and can be checked off throughout the week, it is also easily to check out if you completed them all by the end of the week. As a new week start the journal fills itself up for you. This journal is perfect to set weekly goals for fitness, work, and personal life.
Write here what you'd like to accomplish by the end of the month. A monthly goal list is a perfect tool to become confident with medium to long-term goals.
30 days doesn't seem too long, but sticking to something for 30 days can be quite a challenge if you're not committed and motivated. In the monthly goal list, you can write down goals for work, your well-being, and your fitness as well as goals related to your finances and private life.
